FEES AND PROCEDURES

The first session lasts for 90 minutes. The first 30 minutes is to help the client feel at ease with the hypnotherapy process and to have their questions and doubts answered. The client is helped to define his or her goals and the techniques of hypnotherapy are explained. Then a treatment plan is established between them. The treatment starts from the first session itself in the remaining hour. Thereafter each session lasts for one hour.

Each session costs £80 (facility of payment is available and discussed when you call Amreeta; for clients on benefits there is a low cost scheme available;please enquire by calling Amreeta on 0118 926 9978.)

Usually four to six sessions are required to achieve lasting change from phobias, panic attacks, depression, anxiety, SAD, low self esteem, anger management although for issues around deep rooted abuse e.g. sexual abuse survivors, domestic violence, child abuse survivors sessions can go above six sessions.
